Job Summary
We are looking for a Social Media Manager & Creative Script Writer to join our fast-paced digital marketing agency. In this role, you will be the ultimate bridge between strategy, creativity, and the client. You will be responsible for mapping out social media strategies, conceptualizing and writing viral video scripts, running paid ad campaigns, and managing client relationships directly. Key Responsibilities
- Content Calendar & Strategy: Plan, develop, and manage comprehensive monthly content calendars that align with client marketing goals across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).
- Video & Post Concept Development: Brainstorm and pitch fresh, trendy ideas for both static posts (carousels, graphics) and short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, TikToks).
- Script Writing: Write engaging, high-converting scripts for organic video content and paid video ads, complete with visual directions, hooks, and strong calls-to-action.
- Ad Campaign Management (Ad Running): Set up, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and other platforms to drive traffic and leads.
- Client Handling & Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients. Present content calendars, pitch video scripts, deliver performance reports, and handle client feedback with professionalism.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Agency Experience: 0-1 years of experience managing social media and writing creative content, preferably within a digital marketing agency setup.
- Social Media Mastery: Proven ability to build structured content calendars and design engaging post concepts.
- Video Scripting Expertise: A strong portfolio showing your ability to write punchy, trend-driven video concepts and scripts that capture attention.
- Paid Ads Experience: Practical, hands-on experience running and managing paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads Manager is a must).
- Client-Facing Confidence: Exceptional client handling and communication skills. You must be comfortable presenting ideas, leading meetings, and managing client expectations.
- Data-Driven: Ability to analyze insights and metrics to optimize both organic content and paid ad performance.
