Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and balconies to required standards
- Change bed linen, towels, and replenish room supplies
- Ensure rooms are ready before guest check-in
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas and pathways
- Report maintenance issues or damages immediately
- Follow hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards strictly
- Handle guest requests related to housekeeping promptly
- Assist in laundry operations when required
