Cafe Counter Sales Supervisor welcomes guests, takes food/drink orders accurately, serves items (often preparing simple drinks/snacks), handles payments via POS/cash, maintains cleanliness, manages customer inquiries/complaints, and ensures food safety, working quickly to provide excellent service and support overall cafe operations. Key duties involve upselling, stock replenishment, and maintaining a tidy sales area and dining space. He will be responsible for all aspects of the night shift.
