Job description:
Job Role :
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day site activities, ensure quality execution, and coordinate between design and execution teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily on-site interior work (carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, etc.)
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and designs
- Coordinate with designers, vendors, contractors, and labor teams
- Monitor project timelines and ensure timely completion
- Check material quality and manage on-site inventory
- Take site measurements and report progress updates regularly
- Identify and resolve on-site issues quickly
- Ensure proper finishing and quality standards are maintained
- Maintain site discipline and safety practices
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of interior execution and materials
- Ability to read and understand working drawings
- Good coordination and team management skills
- Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail
- Basic communication skills (local language + English, Kannada & Hindi preferred)
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 1–2years of site supervision experience in interiors
- Preferred:
- Experience in residential & commercial interior projects
- Knowledge of BOQ, measurements, and vendor handling
- Salary Range (India):
- ₹2.0 – ₹4.5 LPA (based on experience and project handling capacity)
