Job Summary
- Create new sales and marketing strategies that target B2B customers and positions our consulting solutions to improve energy efficiency, safety and sustainability.
- Generate high-quality sales leads and follow up after initial meeting.
- Identify areas where we can improve customer satisfaction and repeat business, then communicate those issues and possible solutions to upper management.
- Co-ordinate work with technical liaisons to aid them in defining the right solutions based on regional sales and customer expectations.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Lead Generation.
- Managing end to end sales cycle up to the closure of the project
- Meeting clients through leads, cold calls
- Presentation of services and solutions
- Reviewing sales and costs performance
- Writing sales reports and achieving target
- Ensuring payments from clients
- Increasing customer retention and sales development strategy.
- Developing and maintaining a strong working relationship with the key consultants , contractors, industry associations
- Managing every element of the sales process on an individual level.
- Should willing to travel in and around Bangalore.
Qualifications and Skills
- BTech, BE - Mechanical/ Eletrical
- Candidate should have good verbal and written communication skills.
- Result oriented
- Should have a 2 wheeler with Valid DL.
