Job Title: R&D Fiber Operator (Fresher and Experience both can apply)
Department: R&D Fiber
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor Fiber Line, POY Line, and Textile machinery.
- Handle equipment such as Spinboy, M-Boy, VBS&T, FPV, Hose Machine, and Strip Card Winding Machine.
- Perform denier checking and basic quality inspections.
- Operate testing instruments like Spectrophotometer.
- Assist in trial runs, product development activities, and process improvements.
- Maintain production and testing records.
- Follow safety procedures and housekeeping standards.
- Support the R&D team in daily operational activities.
Eligibility:
ITI / 12th Pass / Diploma holders/ any Graduate
Candidates with experience in Polyester Yarn, Fiber Line, POY Line, Textile, or Plastic Processing preferred.
Freshers from Tool Room, Plastic Processing, or related technical fields can also apply.
Skills Required:
Basic machine operation knowledge.
Good learning attitude and teamwork skills.
Ability to follow SOPs and quality standards.
Experience: Fresher to 3 Years
