Our architectural studio is seeking a creative Junior Architect/ Intern to join our team. You will work directly with Senior Architects to translate innovative concepts into highly realistic, functional spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architectural Design: Developing architectural concepts and interior design elements. Assist in drafting detailed floor plans and construction documents using AutoCAD/ Revit.
- Modelling & Rendering: Convert 2D schematics into photorealistic 3D models and high-definition renderings.
- Project Coordination: Assist with code compliance research and coordination with engineering consultants (MEP).
- Site Supervision: Visit construction sites to monitor progress, as and when required.
We’re looking for a versatile candidate proficient in initial design and technical drawings, as well as client meetings and on-site coordination.
- Software Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit, SketchUp and D5 Render will be appreciated.
