Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided databases/leads.
- Introduce company products/services and understand client requirements.
- Generate and qualify leads through effective communication.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the Business Development team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and client interactions.
- Coordinate with the BD team for smooth lead handover.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- Ability to handle conversations confidently and professionally.
- Prior experience in pre-sales, lead generation, telecalling, or customer support preferred.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
