Position: HR Operations Assistant
Role Summary:
We are looking for a highly responsible and disciplined HR Operations Assistant who can independently manage end-to-end HR operations for a 24×7 organization. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, confidential, and capable of handling employees across both morning and night shifts while maintaining complete professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complete HR operations from onboarding to exit formalities.
- Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, warning letters, appraisal letters, experience letters, relieving letters, and termination letters.
- Ensure statutory compliance, company policy implementation, and HR documentation.
- Handle legal HR matters, employee records, disciplinary actions, and documentation with confidentiality.
- Coordinate recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviews, joining formalities, and induction.
- Manage attendance, leave records, probation reviews, employee files, and HRMIS updates.
- Support payroll inputs, Full & Final settlements, and employee documentation.
- Ensure office discipline, workplace compliance, and adherence to company policies.
- Coordinate with Accounts, IT, Admin, and department heads for smooth HR operations.
- Support employees working in both morning and night shifts as required.
- Maintain confidential HR records and prepare HR reports.
- Organize employee engagement activities and assist in performance management processes.
Requirements:
- 3–7 years of experience in HR Operations and Recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of HR documentation, labor laws, compliance, and employee relations.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential matters with maturity and professionalism.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and coordinating across multiple shifts.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
