1. E-commerce & Online Sales Management
- Assist in managing our online store (uploading new arrivals, updating inventory, and ensuring product descriptions are accurate).
- Monitor online sales channels and assist with customer inquiries via email, social media, or website chat.
2. Order Fulfillment & Packing (In-Store & Online)
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare all online orders for daily shipping, ensuring a premium "unboxing" experience that aligns with our brand standards.
- Manage in-store packaging and gift-wrapping for walk-in customers.
- Keep the packing station stocked, organized, and clean.
3. Retail Sales & Inventory Support
- Provide a warm, welcoming, and helpful experience for in-store customers.
- Assist with receiving new stock, barcode tagging, and organizing the stockroom.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure the sales floor is beautifully merchandised and inventory levels are accurate across both physical and digital platforms
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
