We are seeking a versatile and energetic Yoga Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between mindful flexibility and functional strength, delivering high-quality sessions that cater to diverse fitness goals. You will be responsible for designing and leading both yoga flows and intensive fitness workouts.
Key Responsibilities
- Yoga Instruction: Lead various styles of yoga (e.g., Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, or Power Yoga) focusing on alignment, breathwork, and flexibility.
- Fitness Coaching: Design and conduct personal or group training sessions involving HIIT, strength training, and functional movements.
- Personalization: Assess client fitness levels and health histories to create customized workout and wellness plans.
- Motivation: Foster a supportive, empowering environment specifically tailored to health and fitness needs.
- Safety: Ensure all participants use proper form and technique to prevent injury.
Requirements & Skills
- Experience: Proven experience as both a Yoga Instructor and a Fitness/Gym Trainer.
- Certifications: Valid certification in Yoga (YTT 200/500) and a recognized Fitness Training certification (e.g., ACE, ACSM, or equivalent).
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills to guide large groups or 1-on-1 clients.
- Versatility: Ability to switch between a calm, meditative yoga presence and a high-energy fitness coaching style.
- Knowledge: Solid understanding of human anatomy, nutrition.
Pay: ₹12,033.13 - ₹39,997.28 per month
