We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern(employee engagement) to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers hands-on experience across various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, and administrative support. It is an excellent opportunity for students and recent graduates who are interested in building a career in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for open positions.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Support employee onboarding and documentation.
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
- Assist with attendance, leave records, and HR reports.
- Help organize employee engagement activities and events.
- Respond to basic employee queries and provide administrative support.
- Assist in preparing HR letters, presentations, and other documentation.
- Ensure confidentiality of employee information and HR records.
Eligibility
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Eagerness to learn and develop a career in Human Resources.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Skills
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals is a plus.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach.
Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
