Salary Range: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Commensurate with experience) + Performance Incentives
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Optometry (B.Optom) or Diploma in Optometry (mandatory from a recognized institution).
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in a reputable eye clinic or premium optical retail environment.
- Skills:Strong proficiency in operating modern optometric diagnostic equipment Excellent communication skills (Malayalam and English; Hindi is an added advantage).
- High level of clinical judgment and attention to detail.
- Professional and polished demeanor suited for a luxury retail environment.
- Registration: Current registration with the relevant Optometry Council/Board is highly preferred.
Ivan's Luxury Eyewear and Opticals is looking for a seasoned and detail-oriented Senior Optometrist to lead our clinical operations in Vennala. As a key member of our team, you will not only provide high-quality eye examinations and vision care but also elevate our customer experience to align with our brand’s luxury positioning. We are looking for an expert who can handle complex prescriptions, provide professional consultations, and maintain the highest standards of eye care.
1. Clinical Excellence: Conduct comprehensive eye examinations, refraction, and visual assessments with high precision for a diverse clientele. 2. Consultation & Advice: Provide expert advice on advanced lens technology, frame selection, and visual health, ensuring a premium "luxury" consultation experience.3. Complex Cases: Efficiently manage complex cases, including progressive lenses, high-index prescriptions, and specialty contact lens fitting.4. Operational Leadership: Maintain clinical equipment, ensure hygiene standards are met, and oversee the accuracy of patient records and diagnostic reporting. 5. Mentorship: Guide and support junior staff or optical assistants in best clinical practices and customer service protocols. 6. Quality Assurance: Ensure all delivered eyewear meets strict quality control standards before dispensing to the customer.
