Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Manager to lead and manage electrical maintenance activities, ensuring maximum equipment availability, plant reliability, and safe operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance for electrical equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical faults to minimize machine downtime.
- Maintain and monitor LT/HT electrical systems, transformers, DG sets, electrical panels, motors, VFDs, UPS systems, and utility equipment.
- Ensure timely inspection, testing, and maintenance of plant electrical installations.
- Manage maintenance schedules, equipment history, and breakdown records.
- Monitor electrical spare parts inventory and ensure availability of critical components.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, statutory regulations, and company policies.
- Lead and supervise electricians, technicians, and maintenance staff.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams for shutdown planning and maintenance activities.
- Prepare maintenance reports, downtime analysis, and MIS for management review.
- Support energy conservation initiatives and implement cost-saving improvements.
- Participate in automation projects, equipment upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure safe work practices and maintain zero-accident objectives within the maintenance department.
Requirements:
- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- 4–8 years of experience in electrical maintenance within a manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of HT/LT systems, electrical panels, DG sets, transformers, motors, VFDs, PLCs, and industrial utilities.
- Good troubleshooting, team management, and maintenance planning skills.
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance systems, ISO documentation, and safety standards.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
