About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Civil Site Engineer / Senior Site Engineer for execution of high-rise residential projects including RCC and infrastructure works. The candidate should have strong knowledge of site execution, planning, quality, safety, and coordination with contractors and consultants.
What You'll Do:
Execute and supervise high-rise residential building construction activities at site.
Handle complete RCC works including footing, columns, slabs, beams, shear walls, and finishing coordination.
Monitor and execute infrastructure works
Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Check shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, and finishing quality before execution.
Prepare daily progress reports, DPR, manpower reports, and material reconciliation.
Ensure proper site safety practices and compliance with quality standards.
Conduct quantity checks and assist in billing verification and BOQ tracking.
Monitor material consumption and reduce wastage at site.
Handle site inspections coordination for approvals.
What We're Looking For:
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
5–10 years of experience in high-rise residential building projects.
Strong experience in RCC execution and infrastructure development.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
