Role Overview
We are looking for a high-performing Manager / Senior Manager – B2B Sales to drive enterprise growth across the North region. The ideal candidate brings 4+ years of B2B sales experience (mandatory), with strong exposure to Training, Assessment, HR Tech, Talent Development, or Workforce Solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Enterprise Sales Leadership
- Own the regional B2B revenue target and drive end-to-end sales strategy.
- Manage full enterprise sales cycle: prospecting → discovery → solutioning → negotiation → closure.
- Build and scale a strong pipeline across Automotive, Engineering Services, Industrial, and GCC sectors.
2. CXO & Senior Stakeholder Management
- Engage and influence decision-makers including CHROs, L&D Heads, R&D Directors, Engineering Leaders, and BU Heads.
- Conduct high-level business discussions and position Skill-Lync as a strategic upskilling partner.
- Build long-term, trust-based relationships with enterprise clients.
3. Solution Design & Consultative Selling
- Understand client workforce skill gaps and recommend customized upskilling/reskilling programs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design proposals, assessments, and talent development solutions.
- Drive value-based selling with ROI-focused pitching.
4. Regional Strategy & Market Expansion
- Identify new industries, customer segments, and growth opportunities in NCR/Gurugram markets.
- Analyze competition, market shifts, and skill trends to shape regional GTM strategy.
5. Account Management & Growth
- Own post-sales relationships, ensuring seamless delivery coordination and customer satisfaction.
- Identify renewal and expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
6. Reporting & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Maintain accurate CRM entries, sales dashboards, and weekly pipeline reports.
- Work with Product, Delivery, and Marketing teams to improve solution fit for clients.
Requirements
Must-Have Qualifications
- Minimum 4–8 years of B2B sales experience, with proven success in enterprise acquisition or account management.
- Strong background in Training, Assessment, HR Tech, EdTech, Talent Development, Workforce Solutions, or selling to HR/L&D buyers.
- Experience engaging with CXO-level stakeholders and managing long sales cycles.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
