*Hiring for Education counselor*
Experience: 1–2 Years
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
*Requirements*
Must have worked with 2–3 universities.
Decent communication skills.
Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
*Key Responsibilities*
Coordinate with universities for admissions and related processes.
Handle student/university queries and maintain records.
Regular follow-ups to ensure timely closures.
KRA
Minimum 2 hours daily talk time.
3–4 quality follow-ups per day.
*Performance Criteria*
Candidate will be assigned a target of ₹3 Lakhs business/revenue within the first 30 days.
If the target is achieved, employment will continue as planned.
If the target is not achieved, a 1-week extension will be provided to complete the target.
In case the target remains unachieved, continuation for the next month will depend on Team Lead's performance feedback.
If performance and feedback are not satisfactory, the employment may be discontinued and Full & Final Settlement (F&F) will be processed.
