Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist with a strong background in the automobile industry. The ideal candidate will take complete ownership of the employee lifecycle, with a heavy focus on end-to-end payroll management, compliance, employee relations, and core HR operations specific to a dealership environment.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
- Payroll & Compensation Management:
- End-to-end processing of monthly payroll for all dealership staff (sales, service, and admin teams).
- Managing attendance, leaves, overtime, and incentive calculations specific to automobile dealership structures.
- Ensuring timely and accurate disbursement of salaries.
- Statutory Compliance:
- Handling PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, and Labour Law compliances.
- Maintaining all mandatory HR registers and documentation for audit readiness.
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
- Sourcing and recruiting for dealership roles (Sales Executives, Service Technicians, Advisors, Accounts, etc.).
- Managing the complete onboarding process, documentation, and induction of new hires.
- Employee Relations & Operations:
- Acting as the primary point of contact for employee grievances and queries.
- Implementing HR policies and ensuring a smooth, productive work environment.
- Managing full and final (F&F) settlements and exit formalities.
Candidate Profile
- Industry Experience: Minimum 1 years of HR experience, strictly preferred from a Two-Wheeler/Four-Wheeler authorized dealership or the automobile industry.
- Payroll Expertise: Hands-on experience with payroll software, manual calculations, and statutory compliances is a must.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage diverse teams from mechanics to corporate staff.
- Education: MBA in HR, Post Graduate Diploma in HR, or a related field.
