We are looking for a passionate and industry-experienced educator to join our faculty as a Teacher in Animation and Game Art. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction across 2D/3D animation, concept art, character design, environment art, and game asset production, preparing students for careers in the animation and gaming industries. Candidates with teaching experience preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lectures, workshops, and studio sessions in Animation and Game Art
- Teach subjects including 2D/3D animation, rigging, texturing, concept art, game asset creation, and visual storytelling
- Develop and update curriculum aligned with current industry standards and software (Maya, Blender, ZBrush, Substance Painter, Unity/Unreal Engine, Adobe Suite)
- Set and assess assignments, projects, and examinations; provide constructive feedback
- Guide students through portfolio development for industry readiness
- Foster a creative, inclusive, and collaborative learning environment
Student Support
- Mentor students on career pathways in animation, gaming, VFX, and related fields
- Conduct one-on-one sessions to support individual student progress
- Foster a creative, inclusive, and collaborative studio environment
Departmental Duties
- Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum design, timetabling, and academic planning
- Participate in faculty meetings, industry advisory panels, and accreditation reviews
- Stay current with industry trends and integrate new tools and techniques into teaching
- Support student recruitment events, open days, and exhibitions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Animation, Game Art, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related discipline
- 2–5 years of professional experience in animation, game development, or a related creative field
- Proficiency in industry-standard tools: Autodesk Maya / Blender, Adobe Creative Suite, Unity or Unreal Engine
- Strong knowledge of animation principles, character rigging, UV mapping, and texturing workflows
- Prior teaching, training, or mentoring experience (academic or professional)
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree or equivalent in Animation, Game Design, or related field
- Published work, shipped game titles, or a demonstrable professional portfolio
- Experience with motion capture, VFX pipelines, or procedural art tools
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Google Classroom

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
