Job Title: Full Stack Developer (Fresher)
Location: Remote / On-site
Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain web apps using React/Next.js (frontend) and Node.js + Express (backend)
- Create and integrate REST APIs
- Work with MongoDB (schema, queries, indexing basics)
- Write clean, reusable, and responsive UI (Tailwind)
- Fix bugs, optimize performance, and collaborate with team
- Version control using Git/GitHub
Requirements
- Degree/Certificate in CS/IT or related field
- Knowledge of React, Next.js, Node.js, Express, MongoDB
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), APIs
- Basic grasp of authentication (JWT/session), async programming
- Interested in learning deployment (Vercel/AWS), payments, state management
- Problem-solving mindset + good communication
Good to Have
- Experience with Zustand/Zustand, Framer Motion
- Basic deployment or internship/project experience
- Familiar with API testing (Postman/Thunder Client)
