Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Alibaba.com Gold Supplier (GGS) memberships to exporters, manufacturers, and SMEs.
- Identify and qualify potential leads through cold calling, field visits, referrals, and online research.
- Conduct product presentations and explain the benefits of Alibaba.com's platform to prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable membership plans.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain and update lead records, follow-ups, and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and post-sales support.
- Build long-term client relationships to drive renewals and referrals.
- Submit daily activity reports and participate in sales review meetings.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B Sales, Direct Sales, or Business Development.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for sales may also apply.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Email, and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel for client meetings.
