Job Purpose
To achieve vehicle sales targets by identifying prospective customers, understanding their requirements, providing suitable vehicle solutions, and delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process in accordance with Mahindra dealership standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify sales leads through walk-ins, referrals, field visits and digital enquiries.
- Contact prospective customers and schedule showroom visits or test drives.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Mahindra vehicles and variants.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, financing options, insurance and accessories.
- Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
- Prepare quotations and negotiate within dealership guidelines.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, and accessories teams to complete sales transactions.
- Ensure timely completion of booking, documentation, registration and vehicle delivery processes.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in the CRM/DMS system.
- Follow up with prospects and existing customers to maximize conversion and repeat business.
- Conduct post-delivery follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Participate in sales campaigns, exhibitions, roadshows and promotional events.
- Stay updated on Mahindra products, competitor offerings and market trends.
- Ensure compliance with dealership policies and Mahindra sales processes.
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
