Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Solar Sales Executive to join our Field Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential customers, and promoting solar energy solutions. This role requires strong communication skills, field work, and a passion for sales and renewable energy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, and cold calling
- Visit residential and commercial customers to explain solar energy solutions
- Conduct site inspections and understand customer requirements
- Present product benefits and close sales deals
- Maintain good relationships with clients and provide post-sales support
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with installation and technical teams
Requirements:
- Proven experience in field sales (solar/energy/home appliances preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel for field work
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Basic understanding of solar products is an advantage
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Diploma / Degree
