Experience
- 7–15 years in B2G / Government sales, preferably in:
- Smart City / ITMS projects
- Surveillance / CCTV / VMS / Video Analytics
- IT infrastructure / SaaS / AI solutions
- PSU / Municipal / State Govt engagements
What You’ll Do
- Aggressively identify and win government tenders (RFPs/RFQs/GeM)
- Drive business across Smart City projects, ITMS, Police, PSUs, MCDs, and state departments
- Build and manage relationships with government stakeholders, consultants, and system integrators
- Work closely with channel partners and SIs for bid participation and execution
- Own end-to-end tender lifecycle — identification → qualification → submission negotiation → closure
- Influence pre-tender positioning and specification building
- Track upcoming projects, budgets, and policy movements in your region
- Coordinate internally with pre-sales, product, and leadership to win complex bids
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience in government tendering and B2G deal closures
- Deep understanding of procurement processes (RFP, L1/L2, QCBS, GeM, etc.)
- Existing network within Smart City SPVs, Police, PSUs, MCDs, and consultants
- Proven ability to close high-value public sector deals
- Hustler mindset with ability to navigate bureaucracy and long sales cycles
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
