Role Objective
We are looking for a data-driven Campaign Manager to lead our digital lead generation efforts. You will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of paid campaigns across Google and Meta, with a heavy emphasis on technical tracking and attribution. Your goal is to optimize our marketing spend to find high-quality investors and homebuyers for our residential projects.
Key Responsibilities
1. Paid Media Management (Primary)
Plan, execute, and manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), focusing on Lead Forms and Carousel ads for residential projects.
Manage Google Ads (Search, Display, and Video/YouTube) to capture high-intent property searches.
Perform continuous A/B testing of ad creatives, headlines, and landing pages.
Monitor daily spends and ensure the Cost Per Lead (CPL) stays within the target range.
2. Technical Tracking & Attribution (Critical)
Set up and manage Google Tag Manager (GTM) to track website events and user behavior.
Implement and troubleshoot Meta Pixel and Conversions API (CAPI) to ensure 100% data accuracy.
Link CRM/Google Sheets to Meta/Google via API or automation tools (Zapier/Pabbly) for funnel tracking.
3. Social Media & Content (Secondary)
Oversee the brand’s social media presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
Collaborate with the creative team to ensure organic content aligns with paid campaign messaging.
4. Reporting & Analysis
Maintain detailed daily and weekly reports using Advanced Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and Data Visualization).
Analyse lead quality data to shift budgets toward the most profitable campaigns.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing (Performance Marketing preferred).
Technical Tools: Deep understanding of Google Tag Manager, Meta Events Manager, and the Conversions API.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Proven track record with Google Search Ads and Meta Lead Gen Ads.
Must be highly proficient in Excel for data cleaning and performance analysis.
Ability to explain why a campaign is performing or underperforming based on data, not just feelings.
Strong command of English and the ability to coordinate with internal sales and marketing teams.
Experience in the Real Estate industry.
Knowledge of local Hyderabad market trends and high-demand residential areas.
Pay: ₹15,031.97 - ₹60,464.35 per month
