Job Description
Sanskar Construction Company is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive candidate for the position of Site Supervisor. The candidate should be capable of handling site responsibilities efficiently and ensuring the smooth execution of daily site activities.
Responsibilities
· Handle and manage daily site tasks efficiently.
· Coordinate with vendors and verify daily work progress.
· Maintain labor attendance, salary records, and submit regular reports to the Head Office.
· Monitor site material requirements and ensure stock availability before materials are exhausted.
· Supervise site activities and ensure there is no wastage of materials or site items.
· Ensure smooth and timely completion of site work.
· Maintain proper discipline and safety at the construction site.
Requirements
· Good communication and coordination skills.
· Ability to manage labor and vendors.
· Responsible and hardworking attitude.
· Knowledge of building construction work and site activities.
· Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).
· Experience in site supervision will be preferred.
Educational Qualification
· 12th Pass / Diploma (Civil preferred)
