Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Nail Trainer to train and mentor aspiring nail technicians and salon professionals. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in nail services, product knowledge, and training delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct professional training sessions on nail extensions, nail art, gel nails, acrylic nails, manicures, and pedicures.
* Develop and deliver structured training programs and practical workshops.
* Demonstrate advanced nail techniques and industry best practices.
* Assess trainee performance and provide constructive feedback.
* Ensure trainees follow hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards.
* Stay updated with the latest nail trends, products, and techniques.
* Assist in creating training materials, manuals, and SOPs.
* Support trainees in skill development and certification preparation.
Requirements
* Certification in Nail Technology or relevant beauty qualification.
* Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Nail Technician/Nail Trainer.
* Expertise in nail extensions, gel, acrylic, nail art, and nail care treatments.
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to train individuals and groups effectively.
* Professional appearance and customer-service mindset.
Preferred Skills
* Experience with international nail brands and products.
* Knowledge of salon operations and retail product recommendations.
* Social media content creation or workshop hosting experience is an advantage.
