About the Role
TechGropse is seeking an experienced and results-driven SEO Manager to lead our organic growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive SEO strategies, improving website visibility, increasing organic traffic, generating qualified leads, and driving business growth across multiple digital platforms.
Key ResponsibilitiesSEO Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trend analysis.
- Create and manage SEO roadmaps for multiple websites and projects.
- Monitor search engine algorithm updates and adapt strategies accordingly.
On-Page SEO
- Optimize website content, landing pages, metadata, URL structures, and internal linking.
- Conduct regular content audits and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with content writers to ensure SEO-friendly content creation.
- Implement schema markup and structured data strategies.
Technical SEO
- Perform technical SEO audits and identify website performance issues.
- Work closely with developers to resolve crawlability, indexing, site speed, and Core Web Vitals issues.
- Manage XML sitemaps, robots.txt files, redirects, and canonicalization.
- Ensure website architecture follows SEO best practices.
Off-Page SEO & Link Building
- Develop and execute ethical link-building campaigns.
- Build relationships with industry websites, bloggers, and publishers.
- Monitor backlink profiles and identify opportunities for growth.
- Manage local SEO and citation-building activities where applicable.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track, analyze, and report SEO performance metrics.
- Monitor keyword rankings, traffic, conversions, and lead generation.
- Prepare monthly SEO performance reports with actionable insights.
- Utilize data to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Team Collaboration
- Coordinate with Content, Development, Design, and Marketing teams.
- Guide junior SEO executives and provide mentorship.
- Ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all digital marketing activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4–5 years of hands-on experience in SEO management.
- Strong understanding of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO.
- Expertise in keyword research and competitive analysis.
- Experience with SEO tools such as:
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Google Search Console
- SEMrush
- Ahrefs
- Screaming Frog SEO Spider
- Strong knowledge of Core Web Vitals and technical SEO concepts.
- Experience managing SEO for service-based businesses, IT companies, or digital agencies.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and website CMS platforms such as WordPress.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in SEO for IT services, software development, mobile app development, or digital transformation companies.
- Knowledge of international SEO and enterprise-level SEO strategies.
- Familiarity with AI-powered SEO tools and automation techniques.
- Google Analytics or SEO-related certifications are a plus.
