Job Summary:
We are seeking dynamic and results-driven sales professionals with experience in mobile/telecom retail to drive store performance, lead teams, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive and achieve individual and team sales targets
Oversee daily store operations, inventory management, and reporting
Lead, train, and motivate staff to enhance performance
Deliver excellent customer service and resolve queries effectively
Requirements:
2–4 years of experience in retail sales (preferably mobile/telecom)
Graduate with strong communication and leadership abilities
Customer-centric approach with solid product knowledge
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
