Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and student-focused Student Counselor to guide prospective students through the admission process and help them make informed decisions regarding courses and career opportunities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and counseling skills with a passion for helping students achieve their educational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide students regarding courses, admissions, and career opportunities.
- Counsel prospective students and address their queries through calls, emails, and direct interactions.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Maintain accurate student records and admission documentation.
- Coordinate with academic and operations teams to ensure smooth admission processes.
- Support students throughout the admission journey and provide timely assistance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
- Ensure an excellent student experience and high levels of satisfaction.
- Prepare admission reports, follow-up reports, and daily updates.
- Achieve admission targets and contribute to organizational growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Student Counseling, Academic Counseling, Admission Counseling, Telecalling, or Sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is an added advantage.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Good organizational and documentation skills.
