Position: CSR & Institutional Fundraising Executive

Location: Velshet, Nagothane, Taluka Roha, District Raigad, Maharashtra – 402106
(Field travel required across Maharashtra & Mumbai)

Budget: Commensurate with experience + Performance-based incentives on successful fund mobilization + travel reimbursement
Job Purpose:
To identify, approach, and secure CSR funding and institutional grants for Bhartiya Education Social Charitable Trust from corporates, foundations, and government schemes in support of the Trust’s education, healthcare, and social initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Research and identify companies with CSR budgets aligned to education, healthcare, and rural development
2. Study company CSR policies, annual reports, and Schedule VII eligibility
3. Prepare and submit project proposals, concept notes, and grant applications
4. Build and maintain relationships with CSR heads, HR heads, and corporate foundations
5. Follow up on submitted proposals and coordinate site visits by donors
6. Prepare MoUs, agreements, and documentation for CSR partnerships
7. Submit utilization certificates and impact reports to corporate donors
8. Track government grant schemes (Central & State) relevant to the Trust
9. Maintain a pipeline tracker of all prospects, submissions, and outcomes
10. Represent the Trust at CSR forums, networking events, and conferences
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)
- MBA / MSW / PG in NGO Management or Development Studies (preferred)
Required Experience:
- Minimum 2–4 years in CSR fundraising, NGO development, or corporate relations
- Freshers with strong communication and research skills may also apply
Key Skills Required:
- Strong English and Hindi communication (written & spoken)
- Proposal and report writing ability
- Research and data analysis
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Relationship management and networking
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Knowledge of CSR laws under Companies Act 2013
Preferred Background:
- Prior experience working with NGOs, CSR foundations, or social sector organizations
- Existing network of corporate CSR contacts is a strong advantage
- Knowledge of Marathi language preferred
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
