About the Job / Description
Infra Elevators Pvt Ltd is hiring an experienced Adjuster – Lift Technician to support elevator testing and commissioning activities across multiple project sites in Kerala.
The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in elevator adjustment, testing, commissioning, ride quality tuning, and safety inspections. The role involves extensive field work, technical troubleshooting, and coordination during final project handover activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take over elevator shafts from installation teams for testing & commissioning
- Conduct mechanical and electrical checks before commissioning activities
- Perform door adjustments, wiring installation, and inspection-mode testing
- Carry out lift safety inspections and ride quality adjustments
- Perform final load testing, balancing, lubrication, and system testing
- Assist commissioning engineers in parameter settings and lift operations
- Prepare commissioning reports, test records, and safety checklists
- Support final project handover to clients and service teams
- Escalate quality or technical concerns during commissioning activities
Qualifications
- Diploma / ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field
- Preferred 10 years of experience in elevator/escalator industry
- Strong knowledge of elevator testing and commissioning procedures
- Ability to read technical drawings and commissioning documents
- Knowledge of elevator safety regulations and quality standards
- Basic IT and reporting skills
- Good communication and customer coordination abilities
- Willingness to travel extensively across Kerala

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
