Branch Manager – VAJRA FINCARE (Gold Loan Division)
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Growth
- Drive gold loan business by achieving monthly and annual targets.
- Develop local market strategies to increase customer acquisition.
- Build relationships with jewelers, agents, and local influencers for lead generation.
- Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly.
2. Branch Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day branch operations ensuring smooth functioning.
- Ensure proper handling, valuation, and storage of pledged gold.
- Maintain operational efficiency and minimize turnaround time for customers.
- Supervise cash management and reconciliation processes.
3. Gold Loan Processing & Compliance
- Ensure accurate gold appraisal and loan disbursement as per company policy.
- Adhere to RBI guidelines and internal audit standards.
- Maintain proper documentation and KYC compliance for all customers.
- Prevent fraud through strict verification and monitoring processes.
4. Team Leadership & Staff Management
- Recruit, train, and manage branch staff including appraisers and relationship officers.
- Set performance targets and conduct regular reviews.
- Motivate team members to achieve business goals and maintain service quality.
- Ensure discipline, attendance, and productivity of staff.
5. Risk Management & Security
- Ensure safety and security of pledged gold and branch premises.
- Monitor loan portfolio quality and control NPAs (Non-Performing Assets).
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and internal controls.
- Coordinate with auditors and ensure compliance with audit findings.
6. Customer Relationship Management
- Provide excellent customer service and handle escalations effectively.
- Maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Ensure transparency in loan terms, interest rates, and repayment conditions.
7. Financial & Reporting Responsibilities
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on branch performance.
- Monitor profitability, expenses, and cost control measures.
- Ensure accurate accounting and timely submission of reports to head office.
8. Marketing & Brand Building
- Conduct local marketing campaigns, field visits, and promotional activities.
- Increase brand visibility of VAJRA FINCARE in the assigned region.
- Organize customer awareness programs on gold loan products.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
