Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Personal Assistant (PA) to provide comprehensive administrative, professional, and personal support to the Director.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings and appointments, handling correspondence, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring that day-to-day activities are organized and executed efficiently. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Executive & Administrative Support
- Manage and maintain the executive’s daily calendar, appointments, and schedules.
- Coordinate meetings, calls, travel arrangements, and other commitments.
- Prepare meeting agendas, documents, presentations, reports, and correspondence as required.
- Maintain organized records, files, and important documents.
- Follow up on pending tasks, commitments, and action items.
- Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly schedules.
2. Communication & Coordination
- Handle phone calls, emails, messages, and correspondence professionally.
- Act as a point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with employees, clients, vendors, consultants, and other relevant parties.
- Ensure timely communication and follow-up on important matters.
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all communications.
3. Travel & Event Management
- Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Manage flight bookings, hotel reservations, transportation, itineraries, and related requirements.
- Assist with organizing business meetings, events, dinners, and appointments.
- Ensure all travel and event-related details are accurately coordinated in advance.
4. Personal Assistance
- Provide support with personal appointments, errands, reservations, and other requirements as assigned.
- Coordinate personal and professional commitments to ensure an efficient daily schedule.
- Handle sensitive personal matters with complete discretion and confidentiality.
5. Task & Follow-Up Management
- Track important deadlines, assignments, and commitments.
- Follow up with relevant individuals to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Maintain a priority list and highlight urgent or important matters to the executive.
- Proactively identify potential scheduling conflicts or upcoming requirements.
6. Confidentiality & Professionalism
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding business, financial, personal, and sensitive information.
- Exercise sound judgment when dealing with confidential or high-priority matters.
- Represent the executive professionally when interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Secretary, or in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, email, calendars, and other productivity tools.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Professional appearance, attitude, and communication style.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- High level of discretion, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules and priorities.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
