Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Paid Media Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with paid channels, and a deep understanding of performance marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and others
- Optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversions
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
- Monitor campaign performance and generate actionable insights
- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and landing pages
- Collaborate with design and content teams for ad creatives
- Manage budgets and allocate spend effectively across channels
- Track and report performance using tools like Google Analytics and dashboards
- Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 1–5+ years of experience in paid media / performance marketing
- Hands-on experience with PPC platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Strong understanding of campaign structures, bidding strategies, and attribution models
- Proficiency in analytics tools and Excel/Google Sheets
- Knowledge of tracking tools (pixels, conversion tracking, UTM parameters)
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Strong communication and reporting skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications in Google Ads or paid social platforms
- Experience with programmatic platforms or tools like DV360
- Familiarity with CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)
- Experience in e-commerce or lead generation campaigns

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
