We are seeking a highly experienced professional to take full responsibility of our e-commerce. You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of our products online, ensuring growth, compliance, and profitability across all major marketplaces.
Core Responsibilities (Full Knowledge Required)
- Listing & Cataloging: End-to-end management of SKUs, including size charts (Myntra/Ajio standards), high-quality descriptions, and bulk uploads.
- Platform Growth: Managing keywords, running sponsored ads, and participating in marketplace sale events to increase visibility.
- Inventory & Orders: Real-time synchronization of factory stock with online portals to prevent "Out of Stock" or cancellations.
- Returns Management: Strict monitoring of RTO (Return to Origin) and customer returns to minimize losses.
- Financial Reconciliation: Verifying that payments received from portals match the sales orders, after deducting commissions and fees.
- Compliance: Ensuring all business practices align with GST and MSMED Act requirements.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: 4+ years in the e-commerce sector (priority given to those with a Garment/Apparel background).
- Technical: Advanced Excel skills and deep familiarity with seller panels (Myntra, Amazon, Ajio, Flipkart).
- Mindset: A problem-solver who can handle technical glitches and marketplace disputes independently.
