About the Role
We’re looking for a passionate and energetic Junior L&D Executive / Trainer who loves working with people and helping them grow.
This is a high-impact role where you’ll train, coach, and shape employee performance, while also gaining hands-on exposure to real business processes.
If you enjoy public speaking, facilitation, and creating engaging learning experiences, this is your chance to build a strong foundation in L&D within a startup environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver engaging soft skills training sessions
- (communication, collaboration, emotional intelligence, adaptability, etc.)
- Conduct Campus-to-Corporate readiness programs
- Support in creating:
- Training content
- Role plays & interactive activities
- Facilitate workshops, discussions, and practice drills
- Provide real-time feedback and coaching to learners
- Collect insights & feedback to improve training effectiveness+ Bonus Exposure (Process SME Role):
- Review recorded calls and performance data
- Evaluate and coach team members
- Conduct refresher and upskilling sessions
Who You Are
- 1–2 years experience in training, facilitation, or coaching
- (Freshers with strong internship/project experience can apply)
- Excellent spoken & written English (neutral accent preferred)
- Confident presenter who can engage and energize a room
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable with tools like MS Teams, Zoom, LMS platforms
- Empathetic and a great listener
- Creative in designing fun, engaging learning sessions
- Adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment
- Open to feedback and eager to grow
