Making an impact. What will you do?
In this role you will coach and develop team members reporting directly and you will be directly accountable for delivering sales targets in the assigned territory
Further, you will manage all existing customer accounts in assigned territory, and you will work closely with BU Head to ensure BU targets are met
Additionally, you will manage the Key accounts assigned to ensure long term profitability and growth and you will coordinate with plant / distribution / support teams to ensure timely supplies to customers
Likewise, you will ensure timely collection of payments from all customers in the territory and address customer complaints promptly and ensure timely redressal
Moreover, you are in charge of generating new large/strategic leads and converting the leads to business wins
Collecting and reporting market intelligence information related to competitor actions in marketplace is a part of your responsibility.
Winning in your role. Do you have what it takes?
You have a bachelor’s degree required in sales, marketing, finance, or technical discipline
Further, you have four to eight (4-8) years of industrial / Sales / Commercial experience in gas industry, chemical / other manufacturing industry.
