HR Recruiter
We are looking for a HR Recruiter to join our team and handle domestic and international recruitment.
Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn and other channels.
- Conduct initial screening calls and shortlist candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Maintain recruitment records and meet hiring targets.
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities.
Requirements
- Recruitment experience preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Tamil-speaking candidates preferred.
- Must be flexible and willing to relocate internationally.
- Target-oriented and willing to learn.
