Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Solar Site Engineer to manage and supervise solar installation projects at the site. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring proper installation, quality control, safety compliance, and coordination with the project team.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise installation of solar PV systems at project sites.
Monitor daily site activities and ensure work is completed as per project schedule.
Coordinate with project managers, vendors, and installation teams.
Ensure quality standards and safety regulations are followed at the site.
Conduct site surveys and assist in project planning and execution.
Inspect materials, equipment, and workmanship during installation.
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain site documentation.
Troubleshoot technical issues during installation and commissioning.
Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and safety gear.
Required Qualifications:
Diploma / B.Tech / B.E in Electrical / EEE / ECE / Mechanical Engineering.
1–6 years of experience in solar installation or renewable energy projects.
Knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, and electrical wiring.
Ability to read electrical drawings and technical documents.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Additional Requirements:
Willingness to travel to different project sites.
Bike & valid driving license preferred.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
Salary: As per industry standards
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
