About Bildungs Academy Bildungs Academy is a premier German Language Institute based in Kochi, Kerala, specializing in German language training (A1–B2) and Ausbildung (vocational training in Germany) programs. We are expanding rapidly and are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Head to lead our admissions and counselling team.
Job Summary As the Sales Head, you will take full ownership of the admissions pipeline, lead and mentor a team of Academic Counsellors, drive enrollment targets, and build strategies that position Bildungs Academy as the #1 destination for German language education in Kerala. This is a leadership role for someone who is passionate about education, people management, and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Academic Counsellors on a daily basis
- Set individual and team enrollment targets and track performance
- Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews
- Motivate the team and build a high-performance sales culture
- Onboard and train new counsellors joining the admissions team
Sales & Admissions Strategy
- Develop and execute strategies to maximize student enrollments
- Oversee the full admissions funnel — from lead generation to final enrollment
- Monitor and optimize conversion rates at every stage of the admission process
- Identify new lead sources, tie-ups, and outreach channels to grow inquiries
- Coordinate with the marketing team to align campaigns with admission goals
Operations & Reporting
- Maintain accurate CRM data, admission records, and weekly sales reports
- Present performance dashboards and insights to the management team
- Ensure all student interactions reflect the quality and values of Bildungs Academy
- Handle escalations and ensure excellent student experience throughout onboarding
Requirements
Education
- Any bachelor's degree (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
Experience
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in sales, admissions, or academic counselling
- At least 1 year in a team lead or managerial role
- Experience in EdTech, language institutes, study-abroad, or education industry is highly preferred
Skills
- Strong leadership and people management abilities
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales/enrollment targets
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam
- Proficient in CRM tools, Excel, and reporting
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on execution mindset
- Knowledge of German language or Ausbildung programs is a strong advantage
