NOVA ELIXER BIOSCIENCES
Nova Elixer Bioscience is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Medical Sales Representative to promote and sell the company's pharmaceutical and healthcare products to doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, and healthcare institutions. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building strong customer relationships, and expanding the company's market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and market Nova Elixer Bioscience products to healthcare professionals and institutions.
- Visit doctors, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies regularly as per the assigned territory plan.
- Generate prescriptions and develop business opportunities for the company's products.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify new customers.
- Conduct product presentations and provide scientific information to healthcare professionals.
- Collect market intelligence regarding competitors, product trends, and customer requirements.
- Ensure timely reporting of daily activities, sales performance, and market feedback.
- Coordinate with distributors and stockists to ensure product availability.
- Organize and participate in medical camps, CMEs, conferences, and promotional activities when required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or any relevant field.
- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong selling, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical products and healthcare markets is preferred.
