Responsibilities
- Payroll and Benefits Administration: Managing payroll processes, Daily Attendance, administering employee benefits programs, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Employee Relations: Handling employee queries, grievances, and providing support on HR-related matters
- Administrative Support: Providing administrative support to various departments, managing office supplies, Data entry and coordinating office maintenance activities.
- Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate employee records, including attendance, leave, and personnel files.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, business administration or related field/MBA.
- Knowledge of payroll software
