A Customer Relationship Officer is responsible for interacting with customers, resolving queries, maintaining customer satisfaction, and building long-term relationships with clients. This role is suitable for freshers with good communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, chat
- Maintain positive relationships with customers
- Resolve complaints and provide appropriate solutions
- Maintain customer records and update CMS systems
- Explain company products or services clearly
Required Skills
- Good Communication skills
- Basic Computer Knowledge
- Make inbound and outbound calls
- Language fluency: Malayalam &English
