Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Salesforce Developer with 2+ years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions. The candidate should have hands-on experience in Apex, Lightning components, integrations, and Salesforce configuration/customization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize applications on the Salesforce platform.
- Design and implement Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Components/LWC.
- Configure Salesforce features including workflows, validation rules, process builders, flows, and reports.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Work closely with business analysts, stakeholders, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Perform code reviews, testing, debugging, and deployment activities.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and coding standards.
- Support production issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint planning activities.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM platform.
- Hands-on experience in:
- Apex
- SOQL/SOSL
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Aura Components
- Visualforce
- Salesforce Flows & Process Automation
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Good understanding of Salesforce security model, profiles, roles, and sharing rules.
- Knowledge of Git/version control and CI/CD processes.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification.
- Experience with Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.
- Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
- Experience with deployment tools like Copado, Gearset, or Jenkins.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Pay: ₹378,062.70 - ₹819,829.53 per year
