Internship Duration: 3-4 months
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Support recruitment coordination including job posting, resume screening, candidate follow-ups, and interview scheduling.
· Assist in onboarding activities such as document collection, joining formalities, and welcome kit coordination.
· Support employee engagement activities, internal communication, and event coordination.
· Maintain HR trackers, records, and databases with accuracy and timeliness.
· Assist in creating structured data and process documentation to improve decision-making and consistency.
· Support basic research on process improvement, AI in HR and standardization.
Years of Experience: Fresher / Final-year student
Technical Skills – Must have:
· Good working knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets
· Basic data entry and tracker management ability
· Email drafting and communication skills
· Understanding of AI tools
Technical Skills – Should have
· Basic understanding of recruitment and HR operations
· Familiarity with spreadsheets, formats, and reporting discipline
· Comfort in coordinating with candidates and internal stakeholders
Technical Skills – Good to have
· Exposure to ATS / HR tools
· Basic documentation and process mapping skills
· Interest in HR analytics, AI in HR, process improvement, and structured data handling
Non – technical skills
· Strong communication and follow-up skills

Qualifications:
· Pursuing or completed graduation / post-graduation in HR, management, or related field
· 0-1 year of experience or internship exposure preferred
· Interest in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations
