We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Business Development Executive to spearhead our growth. In this role, you will be the tip of the spear; identifying new business opportunities, initiating conversations with key decision-makers, and building a robust sales pipeline. Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Actively identify and map out potential B2B clients through targeted research, cold outreach, LinkedIn networking, and industry databases.
- Outbound Outreach: Initiate contact with executives and decision-makers via cold calling, personalized emailing, and social selling.
- Pitching & Presentations: Understand prospective clients' pain points and deliver compelling, customized presentations or product demos in person or via online meetings that showcase our value proposition.
- Pipeline Management: Own the sales cycle from initial contact to qualification. Manage and track all lead activities, interactions, and updates inside our CRM.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with marketing and leadership teams to refine targeting strategies, feedback market insights, and optimize messaging.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs for qualified meetings set and pipeline generated.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in outbound sales, business development, or account executive roles (preferably in B2B/SaaS/Services).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; you can confidently hold the attention of a founder or C-level executive.
- Persistence & Resilience: A strong cold-outreach mindset. You view "no" as just a step closer to a "yes."
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRMs (like HubSpot or Salesforce) and sales intelligence tools (like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar).
- Self-Starter: Highly organized, disciplined, and capable of managing your daily outreach schedule with minimal supervision.
What We Offer
- Competitive base salary + an attractive commission structure.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
