We are looking for a highly skilled, sales-driven Travel Sales Executive to join our team and help travelers finalize their perfect itineraries.
The Role As a Travel Sales Executive, you will be the frontline voice of FLIGHTINDEED. You will handle inbound inquiries, provide expert routing advice, and close flight sales for international travelers. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in global distribution systems (specifically Amadeus) and a proven track record of converting leads into confirmed bookings in international markets. Key Responsibilities Flight Booking & Ticketing: Manage end-to-end flight reservations, issuing tickets, and managing complex international itineraries using the Amadeus GDS platform. International Sales Conversion: Handle inbound calls, chats, and emails from customers primarily in the USA, UK, Canada, and India. Provide accurate fare quotes and convert inquiries into confirmed sales to meet monthly revenue targets. Customer Guidance: Advise customers on the best flight routes, layover options, baggage policies, and cancellation rules to ensure a smooth travel experience. Post-Booking Support: Assist travelers with date changes, itinerary modifications, and processing refunds or cancellations according to airline-specific fare rules. Upselling: Maximize revenue by offering relevant add-ons such as premium seating, extra baggage, or travel protection.
