Roles & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Python.
- Build RESTful APIs using Django REST Framework (DRF) and FastAPI.
- Develop secure, high-performance web applications using Django.
- Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, SMS, Email, WhatsApp, and cloud services.
- Design and optimize PostgreSQL database schemas and queries.
- Write reusable, clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Collaborate with UI/UX, React, React Native, QA, DevOps, and Product teams.
- Debug production issues and optimize application performance.
- Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.
- Work with Git version control and Agile development methodology.
- Contribute to architecture discussions and technical improvements.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Python programming.
- Good experience with Django Framework.
- Experience in Django REST Framework (DRF).
- Good understanding of FastAPI.
- Experience working with PostgreSQL.
- Knowledge of REST API architecture.
- Understanding of Authentication (JWT, OAuth, Token-based Authentication).
- Experience integrating third-party APIs.
- Good knowledge of ORM concepts.
- Familiarity with Celery and Redis.
- Basic knowledge of Docker.
- Understanding of Linux environments.
- Experience with Git/GitHub.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with AWS cloud services.
- Knowledge of Nginx and Gunicorn.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
- Exposure to AI/LLM integrations.
- Knowledge of WebSockets.
- Experience in scalable SaaS applications.
- Understanding of Microservices Architecture.
Qualification
- B.Tech / BE / MCA / M.Tech / B.Sc (Computer Science) / BCA or equivalent.
- Strong programming fundamentals are more important than degree specialization.
