Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Draftsman with experience in RCC (Reinforced Cement Concrete) Building Works. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate structural and civil drawings, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and supporting the engineering team throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed civil and structural drawings using AutoCAD.
- Draft RCC building plans, sections, elevations, and reinforcement detailing drawings.
- Prepare and update construction drawings as per project requirements.
- Coordinate with civil engineers, architects, consultants, and site teams for drawing revisions and approvals.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with engineering standards and project specifications.
- Maintain records of drawings, revisions, and project documentation.
- Assist in preparing bar bending schedules (BBS) and other technical drawings when required.
- Incorporate site changes and engineer comments into final drawings.
Required Qualifications
- ITI / Diploma in Civil Draftsmanship or Civil Engineering.
- 2–3 years of experience as a Civil Draftsman in RCC building projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and drafting software.
- Good understanding of RCC detailing, structural drawings, and construction practices.
- Ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings accurately.
Required Skills

- Knowledge of RCC reinforcement detailing.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in residential, commercial, or industrial RCC building projects.
- Familiarity with construction methodologies and site execution requirements.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and drawing revisions efficiently.
